Remembrance Watch

This custom quartz watch—with metal and glass face and nylon fabric watch band printed with “Remember” in 30-plus languages—is a daily reminder of those lost during the Holocaust and the responsibility of memory. 

Remembrance has taken on new implications in the aftermath of the Holocaust. The commandments to remember and bear witness have been integrated into modern Jewish observances and holidays, such as Yom Hashoah (Holocaust Memorial Day) and Yom Hazikaron (Israel’s Memorial Day).
