The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's Deanie and Jay Stein Museum Shop ships orders Monday - Friday, excluding Federal Holidays and Yom Kippur. Orders are shipped up until 10:00 AM Eastern Time (EST) each day. Any orders coming in after 10:00 AM EST will be shipped the following business day.

All domestic orders are shipped using UPS or USPS if using a PO Box

All International orders are shipped using FedEx International Economy or DHL
