Spanish Synagogue Star of David Necklaces

The Spanish Synagogue is a former Reform Jewish synagogue located in “Jewish Town” in Prague, Czech Republic. The synagogue was completed in 1868 in the Moorish Revival style on the site of the presumed oldest synagogue, Old School. 

It was closed for religious services in 1941 and repurposed by the occupying Nazi forces to store stolen Jewish property and items. In 1955 the former synagogue was permanently repurposed as a Jewish museum.
