American Flag Bookmark

This laminated cardstock bookmark is based on an American flag given to US Sergeant Donald Hall, following the liberation of the Langenstein concentration camp on April 11, 1945. 

The flag is one of many examples of gifts given to liberating troops by the grateful inmates of labor and concentration camps all over Europe. 

Original flag was gifted to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum by the family of Donald J. Hall.
